Curriculum
At Lamberhead Green Academy our curriculum will be purposeful; equipping our pupils with a firm foundation of knowledge, life skills and memorable experiences.
Our curriculum will build the resilience necessary for all children, irrespective of their starting points, to recognise and achieve success in an ever changing world.
We will ensure all pupils fulfill their potential academically and socially in the wider world to become ambitious lifelong learners.
Each term, children study a selection of subjects so that, over the year, they have access to a broad curriculum. We have set out the content of our curriculum in our 3I documents. which detail the intent (content), the implementation of our curriculum (how the content will be taught) and the impact our curriculum will have.
Our CURRICULUM documents provide an overview of the knowledge and skills that children should acquire from each subject each half term. They inform planning, teaching, assessment and monitoring
Our half-termly overviews provide parents with an understanding of what is being taught each half term in FS, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6
