September arrangements for keeping adults safe
Adults are expected to distance from each other. We have implemented some changes inside school to allow for this. In addition, we are making changes to how we interact with parents to allow for this distancing. You will see differences if you
• Drop off/collect children
• Need to visit the school office
• Need to contact your child’s teacher
These changes may feel uncomfortable at first, but we will still continue to have the children’s and your BEST interest at heart. If you have any concerns or worries, please get in touch by either phoning the school office or emailing report@lamberheadgreen.org.uk

Keep your distance
Keeping adults safe means we have to follow the advice that adults must distance from each other.
Behaving in this manner is not in our nature. We love speaking with our parents and carers, but for the foreseeable future we need to be vigilent in order to keep infection rates low and the school open

School office
Only one person at a time is allowed in the main entrance space.
Parents should do all they can to avoid coming to the school office and ensure that children have all that they need for the day (e.g. packed lunches) at the start of the day and if there is an instance where their child needs to be collected at a different time, they should telephone the school to make arrangements.
All other communication should be done by telephone or
e-mail as far as possible.
Please try to avoid paying at the school office in cash or sending cash into school
Book bags and PE bags can be purchased via your child’s Scopay account.
Once you’ve paid, the bags will be delivered to your child in class.
Collecting your child early
If you need to collect your child early from school, please inform school in advance.
Once you arrive to collect your child, telephone the school office to let them know you have arrived. Please wait in the covered area at the front entrance and your child will be brought to you
Because of the end of school arrangements in place, children will not be able to be collected from the school office between 2:45-3:30pm
